I just wanted to post a quick update about the recent lack of comic updates. Basically, making these comics i something I love to do, and will continue to do, but at the moment, I’m working full time (in the field! :D) and (somewhat desperately) trying to finish graduate school. Doesn’t leave a lot of doodlin’ time.
So, for this summer, expect a bit of a reduced release rate in terms of comics. I have a lot of comic ideas sketched out right now though, so I’ll still be releasing them, just not at the weekly/bi-weekly rate I’ve been aiming for.
I am anticipating having a lot more free time to draw in the fall though (ahem… hire me?), so expect things to pick up as it cools down!
Welcome to Tails from the Field! Here’s where I hope to share stories, mishaps, and comics about field biology.
I’ve been doing field work for the past few years now, and am about to embark on another season of adventures, so this seemed the perfect time to start this blog.
This weekend I was slogging around in swamps, helping some friends get their summer started, and was bemused to see the scratches have started. 🙂
Here’s to an excellent season to come!
Let’s go get dirty.
